01 Do you require Day of Insurance ?
Yes, we ask each couple to purchase day of insurance to cover any type of accident or unexpected event, to help keep your day stress free
02 Can I use Vendors of my own choosing?
You can choose any vendor you would like, we only require that they have insurance covering their goods and services.
03 How much onsite parking is available ?
We have 55 spots of on site parking. As well as an additional 3 spots for the bridal party.

04 If it rains what are my back up options ?
We have a list of canopies that are available for rental, we also offer the flexibility of rescheduling for a day that is not booked. We offer a package that includes bathroom, luxury tent , table and chair rentals. Ask and we can give you more of the details.
05 How late can my event go until ?
930 pm, since the venue is located close to residential neighborhoods, quiet hours begin at 930, vendors and guests have to leave by 10 pm.
06 Do you require a bartender?
Yes we require you a licensed bartender to serve alcohol. You are allowed to bring your own alcohol, we just require a bartender to distribute it. We have a list of recommended bartenders to help make your day as smooth as possible.
07 Is there a preferred vendors list ?
We have a list of vendors we have worked with and recommend, to help make your planning easier. However you are not limited to that list, and have the freedom to choose any you would like.

08 What is the maximum number of people your venue can host ?
We can host up to 200 guests

We do not require security. We do allow overnight parking but we are not responsible for vandalism, theft or individual responsibility to not drive under the influence
10 Do you have onsite bathrooms?
No we do not. We offer a package that includes bathroom, tent, table and chair rentals.
11 Is your Venue dog friendly?

Yes, we allow dogs. They are a welcome addition to just about any event. We just ask that you clean up after your pet, leaving the area the same way that you found it.
12 Are chairs tables or rentals included with venue pricing?

No however we offer a package that incudes tent, table and chair rentals. To help make planning your wedding as stress free as possible.
13 Do you require a day of coordinator ?
Yes we do. We have a list of coordinators for your convenience. This is to ensure the day of goes smoothly and frees up your time and energy to enjoy your special day.
13 Do I need to schedule an appointment to tour the venue ?
Yes, touring the venue is by appointment only. Please contact us today to schedule a visit.
